Our History

In the early 1984, as a team of ambitious land surveyors embarked on a mission to transform Bahau, a quaint town in Negeri Sembilan. Their meticulous surveying and visionary planning led to a series of carefully executed residential and commercial property development projects. These initiatives breathed new life into Bahau, turning it into a thriving community. The town’s landscape was reshaped with modern housing options and business opportunities, attracting new residents and entrepreneurs. Each new project further solidified Bahau's potential, fostering a sense of growth and optimism among its inhabitants and laying the groundwork for a brighter future.

The crowning achievement came in 2008 with the completion of the Kiara Square Shopping Centre, a state-of-the-art mall that quickly became Bahau’s main attraction. As the only mall in the town, Kiara Square offered a unique shopping experience with a diverse array of retail stores, entertainment options, and dining establishments. Its opening marked a significant milestone, not just for the development team but for the entire community. The mall significantly increased the flow of people into Bahau, drawing visitors from neighboring towns and boosting the local economy. Kiara Square transformed Bahau into a bustling hub of activity, ushering in a new era of prosperity and making the town a vibrant and attractive destination for all.
